You can request results only for certain entities in your model by selecting these entities before using the "Display > Show Tables" menu command, and then checking the "Selection Only" option on the "Choose Tables for Display" form:
If you expect to be working with the same set or sets of selected entities, first select them and put them in a group using the command "Assign > Asign to Group". Next time, you can select them using the command "Select > Select > Group".
