SAFE is a software product tailored to the engineering of structural slabs, including elevated floor and foundation systems. SAFE modeling, analysis, and design procedures integrate the influence of soils, walls, columns, and other interfacial elements, while providing a suite of controls and features specific to slab design. SAFE provides for post-tensioning, punching shear, and a variety of slab design types, including two-way, flat, ribbed, waffle and those of foundation systems. SAFE is coordinated for use in conjunction with ETABS, the CSI multi-story building design software.
