Setting up influence-based moving load analysis involves the following steps:

* Define [vehicle|kb:vehicle] using "Define > Bridge Loads > Vehicles" menu command.
* Define [vehicle class|kb:vehicle class] using "Define > Bridge Loads > Vehicle Classes" menu command.
* Define [lane|kb:Lane] using "Define > Bridge Loads > Lanes" menu command.
* Define moving load case using "Define > Load Cases > Add New Load Case" menu command. Set the load case type to moving load and the vehicles and lanes assigned to that moving load:
