The Sentinel RMS License Manager may be installed on one or more computers to establish and coordinate a network such that multiple computers may share CSI software licenses. The license server has access to license codes. When a networked computer opens and runs a shared software, it obtains a license from the license server, which then coordinates sharing within the network.

The latest version of the Sentinel RMS License Manager can be installed either using the Installation Wizard or the installation file can be downloaded from the following direct link:
Installation location
The Sentinel RMS License Manager will install in one the following locations:
- C:\Program Files\Common Files\SafeNet Sentinel\Sentinel RMS License Manager
- C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\SafeNet Sentinel\Sentinel RMS License Manager
Sentinel RMS License Manager 8.5
The latest version of the Sentinel RMS License Manager is 8.5. This version, available for download, can serve all networked CSI software licenses except software with LM 7 licenses.
Sentinel RMS License Manager v8.5, and the associated Sentinel RMS 8.5 Utilities, are required for web-activated network licenses.
Virtual Servers
To establish a virtual server, network licenses should be generated using Sentinel RMS 8.5.
Sentinel RMS License Manager 8.4 and previous
Version 8.4, and previous versions of the Sentinel RMS License Manager, are also available for download. Operating systems that support the Sentinel RMS License Manager, and the networking of CSI licenses, are listed as follows:

NOTE
32-bit operating systems should use the Sentinel RMS License Manager v.8.0.5 or higher – available for download through Sentinel RMS
64-bit operating systems should use v.8.3.0 or higher – available for download through Sentinel RMS
LM 7 Licenses
The following versions of CSI software are licensed using LM 7 licenses and therefore only able to run from Sentinel RMS License Manager v8.4 and previous.
If you are migrating to Sentinel RMS License Manager v8.5 you will not be able to serve legacy LM 7 licenses from there. You must maintain the server which is currently hosting the LM 7 licenses.
Please note network licenses of CSiCOL require Sentinel RMS License Manager 7.
